Sound Bath and Yoga Event for MK Factor Meetings
This event is a beautiful deeply meditative experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including crystal bowls, gongs, shruti box, chimes, and other incredibly sounded insturments.

24 hours notice must be given for cancellation without full charge. If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, the client will be billed for full session price or the session will be counted as used from the package. Cancellations must be made via email contact@annaowsianyoga.com or text message at 310-295-8818.

Stripe is a pay-as-you-go payment processing platform with flat-rate, transaction-based fees. Overall, you'll pay 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction to accept card payments online and 2.7% plus 5 cents to accept in-person payments with Stripe. It does not charge monthly or annual fees.
