While we are all dealing with the current health crisis it’s important to be aware that stress and anxiety can easily weaken our immune system and emotionally affect our overall well-being.
Research says that by implementing yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices you can easily find body-mind release, effectively lower stress hormones, stimulate the lymphatic system to oust toxins from the body, and bring oxygen to the various organs to ensure their optimal function.
Based on clients and Anna’s experience the online LIVE sessions can be as beneficial, effective and supportive as in-person classes.

You contact Anna here, schedule a convenient time & pay for a class, and then you’re directed to join the video meeting through a link delivered to your email.
Anna will cue the posture and help you get into it safely with good alignment. You’re always free to ask questions and get immediate answers and feedback.
